  I love Chili's Restaurant. Especially the one in Riverdale. The staffs are so friendly and very professional there. Because I love Chili's so much, today, I was running late to work, so I thought I'd just pick it up from this Location. One of the worst and horrible experienced I have ever had at the restaurants. when I went to pick up, The staffs ignored me and did not even acknowledge me. and they completely messed up my food. the taste of food was disgusting. Horrible that's all I Could say.

  Food was good. The platter they served for the ribs was terrible. When you cut the ribs, the paper underneath would tear. Use a better plate for the ribs.
  Get rid of the guys who wear "MAN BUNS"
  It looks rediculous. Plus un- sanitary.
  
  My next visit. They are using frozen hamburgers. The fries were under cooked. In the meantime, the bar tender and a waiter were cleaning chairs with dirty towels.
  This has been a problem franchise for years.
  The man buns still look rediculous. Plus one of the cooks in the back has long hair and cooking. (female) no hat or net on.
  Corporate should know about this.
